, President of the Philippines, do hereby order that the mails of the officers and men of the United States Armed Forces in the Far East and of the United States Navy shall be received, transmitted and delivered in the mails of the Philippines, free of ordinary postal charges, during the period of the present emergency.

PROVIDING FOR THE FREE TRANSMISSION OF MAILS OF UNITED STATES ARMY AND NAVY OFFICERS AND MEN

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the Philippines, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON , President of the Philippines, do hereby order that the mails of the officers and men of the United States Armed Forces in the Far East and of the United States Navy shall be received, transmitted and delivered in the mails of the Philippines, free of ordinary postal charges, during the period of the present emergency. 1—шphi1
