REORGANIZING AND GROUPING THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the Constitution and laws of the Philippines, the Executive Departments of the Government are hereby reorganized and grouped as follows:
Office of the President
Department of Finance, Agriculture and Commerce
Department of National Defense, Public Works, Communications, and labor
Department of Public Instruction, Health, and Welfare
All the functions pertaining to the Department of Justice shall be performed by the Chief Justice of the supreme Court. 1—шphi1
