Executive Order No. 443 (1974) — Modifying the rates of export duty on certain exported articles as provided in R.A. 1937 as amended by P.D. 230, with respect to copper ore and concentrates.

Sec. 1 Sec. 2 · This Order shall take effect on January 1, 1975

Sec. 1. The article specifically listed hereunder as classified under Section 514 of Republic Act 1937 as amended by P.D. 230 shall pay the following rates of export duty:

Mineral Products

(1) Metallic ores and concentrates

(a) Copper 2%

Sec. 2

This Order shall take effect on January 1, 1975
