Executive Order No. 445 (1975) — NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a Committee to look into this reported misuse of government funds and submit proper recommendations to remedy the anomaly. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY

WHEREAS, reliable report has been received in this Office that excessive disbursement of the funds of the Mindanao State University has been made over and above the normal fund requirements of the University;

WHEREAS, there is urgent need to have the matter thoroughly investigated for the purpose of instituting remedial measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a Committee to look into this reported misuse of government funds and submit proper recommendations to remedy the anomaly. The Committee shall submit its report to the President within thirty (30) days upon effectivity of this Order.
