The ceiling prices fixed in this Order include for wheat flour, canned fish, poultry feed, condensed milk and pan de sal the 7 per cent sales tax and 1 per cent municipal tax; for canned soup, baking powder, Manila paper, carbon paper and dry yeast the 17 per cent special excise tax on foreign exchange, 7 per cent sales tax and 1 per cent municipal tax; and, for locally produced eggs and building boards the 1 per cent municipal tax.
