The total cost of the Timalan Bridge in the Province of Cavite, plus interest thereon at the rate of five per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Timalan Bridge be terminated.

TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE TIMALAN BRIDGE, CAVITE

The total cost of the Timalan Bridge in the Province of Cavite, plus interest thereon at the rate of five per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Timalan Bridge be terminated. 1—шphi1

This Order shall take effect upon receipt hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Cavite.

Done in the City of Manila, this 25th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the sixth.
