Section 1. Transfer of Appropriation for Devolved Services and Facilities to the Internal Revenue Allotment. Of the amounts appropriated under the 1992 General Appropriations Act for the following functions, projects and activities of indicated devolution-affected departments and agencies of the national government, such sums shall be transferred to the Internal revenue allotment of local government units as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of Section 284 of the Code:

Location-specific national government offices, programs, projects and activities such as the Sacobia Development Authority and the Kalinga Special Development Authority, Development Coordinating Activities for Leyte and Samar by— the Office— of— the President,— the— Nueva Ecija Integrated Rural Development Project and the Bula-Minalabac— Integrated— Development— Project— of— the Department of Agrarian Reform and the Palawan Upland Support Services of the Department of Agriculture.
