SECTION 1. The Philippine Reclamation Authority is hereby transferred from the Department of Finance (DOF) to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Executive Order No. 586 (2006)
pursuant to Executive Order No. 380, series of 2004, the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) is tasked to develop, improve, administer, deal in, subdivide, dispose, lease, and sell all kinds of lands, buildings, estates and other forms of real property owned, managed, controlled and/or operated by the government, and thus, hold assets in behalf of the National Government;
SECTION 2. All orders, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Executive Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a national newspaper of general circulation.
