Executive Order No. 63 (2024)
REVOKING THE POLICY GRANTING CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE RANK TO GRADUATES OF THE NATIONAL DEFENSE COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES
Section 1.
Revocation. The policy granting CES eligibility and rank to graduates of the MNSA program of the NCDP under EO No. 145, is hereby revoked. As may be necessary, the CESB, in coordination with concerned govenrment agencies, shall formulate and issue guidelines for the effective implementation of this Order.
Section 2.
Repeal. Sections 1 and 2 of EO No. 145 are hereby repealed. 1aшphi1 All other orders, rules and regulations , and other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 3.
Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
