Executive Order No. 67 (1936) — Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by section one hundred seven of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred fort-one, entitled —An Act to amend and compile the laws relative to lands of the public domain,— I hereby delegate to the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce the power to sign patents or certificates issued under the provisions of said Act or under Act Numbered Three thousand thirty-eight for parcels of land which do not exceed one hundred forty-four hectares in area.
