Salary Increases

Sec. 1. Salary Increases. The following officials and employees of the Office of the Tanodbayan shall receive their annual salaries in accordance with the following rates:

Sec. 2

Sec. 2. The procedures, rules and regulations needed to carry out this Executive Order shall be formulated and issued by the Minister of the Budget.

Sec. 3

Sec. 3. The amounts necessary to cover the salary increases herein provided shall be drawn from salary lapses and other personal services savings of the Office of the Tanodbayan.

Sec. 4

The salary increases herein provided shall be effective March 1, 1981
