Pursuant to the authority vested in me by paragraph (b) of section three of Commonwealth Act Numbered Eighty-three, commonly known as the —Securities Act,— I hereby direct and order that all the records of the Bureau of the Treasury in connection with the enforcement and administration by it of Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-one, as amended, known as the Blue Sky Law, and all other papers, documents, and effects under its control relating to speculative securities, be transferred to

TRANSFERRING SOME OF THE RECORDS OF THE BUREAU OF THE TREASURY TO THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by paragraph (b) of section three of Commonwealth Act Numbered Eighty-three, commonly known as the —Securities Act,— I hereby direct and order that all the records of the Bureau of the Treasury in connection with the enforcement and administration by it of Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-one, as amended, known as the Blue Sky Law, and all other papers, documents, and effects under its control relating to speculative securities, be transferred to the Securities and Exchange Commission created under the aforesaid Commonwealth Act Numbered Eighty-three. 1—шphi1
