Executive Order No. 751 (1981) — NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and the Authority vested in me by Presidential Decree No. 830 and Presidential Decree No. 1416, as amended, do hereby order and ordain:
