Sec. 1. The surrender of unlicensed or loose firearms, ammunition and explosives without incurring any liability therefor pursuant to Section 3, Presidential Decree No. 1745, as amended with corresponding privileges pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 hereof is extended to December 31, 1982.

Executive Order No. 758 (1981)
WHEREAS, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Presidential Decree No. 1745, dated November 20, 1980, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1747, dated December 4, 1980 and Executive Order No. 690, dated May 1, 1981, provides for the surrender of unlicensed or loose firearm, ammunition or explosive without incurring criminal liability therefor, with the privilege of applying for license to possess the same, if qualified, and if not to sell the same to qualified entities or individuals;
Sec. 2. All rules and regulations in implementation of the aforestated Sections of Presidential Decree No. 1745, as amended, are made applicable in the implementation of this order.
