[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 75, October 13, 1954 ]
TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE LIBUNGAN TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF COTABATO.
The total cost of the Libungan Toll Bridge, in the province of Cotabato, plus interest at the rate of 4% per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Libungan Toll Bridge be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Cotabato. 1a⍵⍴h!1
Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the ninth.
