Section 2. —The relevant provisions of EO No. 546 (s. 1979) and all executive orders, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order, are hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly. ℒαwρhi৷

Section—3. This Order shall take effect immediately.
