DIRECTING THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION AND DEPORTATION, PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE, BUREAU OF CUSTOMS AND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN COORDINATION WITH THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMANENT OFFICES AND PERSONNEL COMPLEMENT AT THE KALIBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Section 1.

Coverage — The Bureau of Immigration and Deportation, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Customs and Department of Health in coordination with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines shall establish permanent offices with sufficient personnel complement at the Kalibo International Airport.

Section 2

Section 2.

Implementation Period — The establishment of permanent offices and complement of the herein named agencies at the Kalibo International Airport must be completed not later than forty five (45) calendar days from the date of signing of this Order. ℒαwρhi৷

Provision of Space and Accessibility — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines shall be responsible for the provision of adequate space for the establishment of permanent offices and accessibility of the personnel of the herein named agencies.

Section 4

Section 4.

Cost — Expenses incurred for the establishment and maintenance of the permanent offices, the salary of the permanent employees stationed at the Kalibo International Airport and utilities shall be borne by the individual/concerned agencies.

Section 5.

Effectivity — This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
