Executive Order No. 842 (2009) — —pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 295 dated February 2, 2009, the Office of the Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs (ODESLA) was primarily tasked, inter alia, to head the Complaints and Investigation Unit (CIU) of the Internal Affairs and Complaints Committee (IACC) in the Office of the President; and

Section 1. —Section 2 of Executive Order No. 12 is hereby further amended to include the Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs (DESLA) of the Office of the President as ex-officio Commissioner. ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2. —All Executive Orders, rules, regulations and other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Executive Order are hereby repealed, amended or otherwise modified accordingly.

Section 3

Section 3. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately after it has been published in a newspaper of general circulation.
