Amendment to EO No

Section 1. Amendment to EO No. 24. Paragraph 3, Section 3 of EO No. 24 is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The composition of the Cluster shall be as follows:

Chair: Secretary, Department of Public Works and Highways

Members:

The Executive Secretary

The Cabinet Secretary

Head, Presidential Management Staff

Secretary, Department of the Interior and Local Government

Secretary, Department of Budget and Management

Secretary, National Economic and Development Authority

Secretary, Department of Transportation

Secretary, Department of Finance

Secretary, Department of Information and Communications Technology

Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry

Secretary, Department of Agriculture

Secretary, Department of Health

Secretary, Department of Social Welfare and Development

Secretary, Department of Education Secretary,

Department of Tourism

President, Bases Conversion and Development Authority

Secretariat: National Economic and Development Authority"

Section 2

Section 2. — Unaffected provisions. —Except as expressly modified by this Order, all other provisions of EO No. 24 shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3

Section 3. — Repeal. —All other issuances, orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. ℒαwρhi৷

Section 4

Section 4. — Separability. —If any provision of this Executive Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain valid and subsisting.

Section 5

Section 5. — Effectivity. —This Order shall take effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
