Sec. 1 Sec. 2 · This Executive Order shall take effect immediately

Sec. 1. NACIDA is hereby directed to re-open the Revalidation Program to NACIDA producers registered prior to 1981 who failed to revalidate their Certificates of Registration during the period February 21, 1981 to February 22, 1982, provided that the reopened Revalidation Program shall in no case extend beyond one year from date hereof.
