Executive Order No. 91 (1967) — , President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Section 1 of Executive Order No. 660, dated December 23, 1953, as amended by Executive Order No, 54 dated October 7, 1963, to read as follows:

Section 1

Section 1. A board of three (3) members, composed of (1) qualified physician, (2) a member of the Philippine Bar, and (3) a member who is well versed in veterans laws, rules and regulations, under the direct supervision of the Administrator, Philippine Veterans Administration, is hereby created in the PVA. This Board shall be a full-time body and shall be known as the —PVA Disability Rating Board.'—

This Order shall take effect upon its approval.
