OPENING THE PORT OF SURIGAO, SURIGAO DEL NORTE, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF MASAO
Pursuant to the provisions of section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Surigao, Surigao del Norte, is hereby created, opened, and established as a sub-port of entry within the collection district of the Port of Masao, Butuan City. 1—шphi1
