Implementation of the SPISC Program
Section 2.
Implementation of the SPISC Program. The implementation, distribution, and management of the SPISC program shall continue to be under the DSWD. For this purpose, DSWD may seek the assistance of the NCSC to ensure the successful implementation of said Program.
Section 3
Separability
Section 3.
Separability. If any part of this Order is held invalid or unconstitutional, the provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4
Repeal
Section 4.
Repeal. All orders, rules and regulations, and other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity
Section 5.
Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately.
