Executive Order No. 1 (1907)In the interest of efficiency of service and uniformity, as well as to secure greater dispatch and to avoid confusion, it is hereby ordered that in future all official communications from all Bureaus, Offices, officers, and employees of the Insular Government to persons, corporations.
