Executive Order No. 1-W (1942)——A monthly pension of $100 during the period of scholarship, for board, lodging and incidentals, shall be given each pensionado. Monthly pensions shall begin on date of leaving Manila and end on the date the pensionado arrives in Manila. Monthly pensions shall be paid at the end of each month in the United States by the Disbursing Agent, Philippine Revenues, Division of Territories and Island Possessions, Department of the Interior, Washington D.C.19421 section
