Executive Order No. 178 (1938)

, President of the Philippines, do hereby prescribe the following rules of procedure, including modes of proof in cases before courts-martial, courts of inquiry, military commissions, and other military tribunals in the Army of the Philippines, and direct them to be published for the government of all concerned. These rules shall be known and designated as the Manual for Courts-Martial, Philippine Army, and shall be in force and effect from this date.
