WHEREAS, the scope and volume of the study by the PCSGC has increased due to the inclusion of other entities which were heretofore excluded due to legal technicalities but which have subsequently been included since the government exercises effective control thereof, and that they therefore have to be taken into account for a proper and complete appraisal of the government corporate sector's contribution to national development;

Executive Order No. 475 (1976)

1. Officers of the Regular Force, Armed Forces of the Philippines and Officers of the Reserve Force, on extended tour to active duty for six months or more shall be administratively discharged or separated from the service only upon the approval of the President. Unless otherwise specifically provided by law, such discharge or separation shall be in accordance with the regulations and procedures set forth in this Order and in implementing regulations not inconsistent therewith.

For the purpose of effecting and implementing an orderly planning and development of the copper industry, the Presidential Advisory Committee on Copper Industry may participate in any pre-investment venture together with the private sector for the establishment of projects for the further processing of ores into blister and refined copper products, and for the utilization of the by-products thereof, including production of phosphate fertilizer.

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the State to pursue a massive and sustained food self-sufficiency program, a rational dispersal of industries in the rural areas, a redirection of credit resources from the urban centers towards the countryside, and a mandatory allocation of at least twenty-five per cent (25%) of the loanable funds of all banking institutions for agricultural credit in general, of which at least 10% shall be made available to agrarian reform beneficiaries.

Executive Order No. 462 (1976)

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby designate the NEDA as the coordinating body of the government on ESCAP matters. The Philippine Committee on ECAFE Matters created under Administrative Order No. 157 dated June 5, 1951, as amended by Administrative Order No. 25 dated September 27, 1962, is hereby abolished and its functions and records are transferred to the NEDA.

Pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the barrios of Aloneros, Bagong Silang, Balogo, Cabibihan, Catimo, Danlagan, Kabugwang, Kandalapdap, Malbog, Monato, Mangayaw, Quinatacutan, Siguiwan, Tagcawayan, and Triumfo are hereby segregated from the municipality of Guinayangan, Province of Tayabas, and organized into an independent municipality under the name of Tagcawayan, with the seat of government at the barrio of Tagcawayan.
