MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Administrator, National Irrigation Administration (NIA), in addition to his regular duties as NIA Administrator, to coordinate all pump irrigation programs of the national government, including those administered by the Irrigation Service Unit of the Department of Public Works and Communications and other offices.
