Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources Arturo R. Tanco, Jr. and pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 107 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended by R.A. 6516, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby delegate to the District Land Officers of the following land offices, the authority to sign patents or certificates covering lands not exceeding five (5) hectares in area:

MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1, dated September 22, 1972, as amended, do hereby extend the term of the Presidential Commission on Reorganization up to December 31, 1973.

WHEREAS, the President of the 1971 Constitutional Convention has created a four-member Custodial Body pursuant to Convention Resolution No. 32 approved by the Convention on November 28, 1972, which shall take charge, supervise and decide on all matters relative to the liquidation of the affairs of the Convention and the safekeeping and/or disposition of its historical records and properties in accordance with said Resolution;
