AMENDING GENERAL ORDER NO. 12 DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1972, AS AMENDED.
General Order No. 12, dated September 30, 1972, as amended, is hereby further amended to include the following provision: "21. Bank swindling and all other crimes that may constitute economic sabotage, whether the same is committed by one person or by a band or syndicate."
