ESTABLISHING THE 1986 INVESTMENT PRIORITIES PLAN
TO: The National Economic and Development Authority; The Ministry of Trade and Industry; The Board of Investments; The Ministry of Finance; The Ministry of Agriculture; The Ministry of Energy; All Ministries, Bureaus, Offices, and Agencies Concerned. In accordance with the specific recommendations stated in the memorandum of the Chairman of the Board of Investments dated 22 January 1986, the proposed 1986 Investment Priorities Plan is hereby approved.
