[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1090, December 02, 1980 ]
TO: The National Economic & Development Authority The Ministry of Industry The Board of Investments The Ministry of Finance The Ministry of Agriculture The Ministry of Energy All ministries, bureaus, offices and agencies concerned In accordance with, specific recommendations of the Investment Coordination Committee (ICC) made in its meeting of November 4, 1980, stated in the memorandum of the Minister of Economic Planning dated November 13, 1980, the various amendments proposed to the following Priorities Plan are hereby approved: 1. Thirteenth Investment Priorities Plan; 2. Eleventh Export Priorities Plan; 3. Third Agricultural Investment Priorities Plan; 4. Sixth Public Utilities Priorities Plan; and 5. Energy Priorities Plan.
