[ LETTER OF IMPLEMENTATION NO. 80, February 09, 1979 ]
TO : The Minister of Human Settlements The Minister of Energy Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 83O, dated November 27, 1975, and in order to implement immediately the mini-hydro and dendro thermal projects under the Bagong Lipunan Sites and Services (BLISS) Program, the National Electrification Administration (NEA) is hereby transferred from the Ministry of Energy to the Office of the President with the Minister of Human Settlements as ex officio Chairman of the Board of Administrators. Such transfer shall include applicable appropriation, records, equipment, property and such personnel as may be necessary. This Order shall take effect immediately.
