TO: The Secretary of Public Works, Transportation and Communications The General Manager, MWSS The General Manager, MTC The Administrator, NEA The Administrator, FSDC The General Manager, PNR The General Manager, PPA The General Manager, NHA The General Manager, LWUA The General Manager, NPC The Chairman, Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation The Administrator, MARINA The Chairman, Power Development Council The Chairman, Pasig River Development Council Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 830 dated Nov. 27, 1975, the following actions are directed to "be taken: The following corporations are transferred from the Office of the President and attached to the Department of Public Works, Transportation and Communication: Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, National Electrification Administration, Farm Systems Development Corporation, Manila Transit Corporation, Philippine National Railways, Philippine Ports Authority, National Housing Authority, Local Water Utilities Administration, National Power Corporation, and Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation. The Maritime Industry Authority and the Power Development Council are transferred from the Office of the President and attached to the Department of Public Works, Transportation and Communication. The Pasig River Development Council is transferred from the Office of the President and placed under the administrative supervision of the Department of Public Works, Transportation and Communications.
