AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN THE COUNTRY (LUZON, VISAYAS and MINDANAO) IN IBP’s 12 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will be holding its 12 th National Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on March 26 to 28, 2009 at the Bacolod Pavilion Hotel & Resort, Reclamation Area, Bacolod City. In this connection, all government lawyers in the country (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time , at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
