[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 61, June 30, 2004 ]
DIRECTING ALL CABINET MEMBERS, HEADS OF OFFICES AND AMBASSADORS TO CONTINUE, IN A HOLD-OVER CAPACITY, TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To avoid disruption of public service, all Cabinet members, heads of offices and ambassadors shall remain in office and continue, in a hold-over capacity, to perform their duties and discharge their responsibilities until their resignation is accepted, or their respective replacements are appointed or designated and shall have qualified, or they shall have been reappointed.
DONE, in the City of Manila, this Circular shall take effect this 30th day of June 2004.
