[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 131, August 22, 1995 ]
CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENT FOR THE HOLDING OF THE 29TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK, TO BE HELD IN MANILA FROM APRIL 30 TO MAY 2, 1996 .
There is hereby created an Executive Committee to assist in the preparation and arrangement for the holding of the 29th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank, which will be held in Manila from April 30 to May 2, 1996 composed of the following:

The Executive Committee may call upon heads of departments, bureaus and other offices of the government, as well as private organizations and associations, for such assistance as it may need for the accomplishment of its mission.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
