AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 21ST ANNUAL NATIONAL UNION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE OFFICERS (NUSECO) CONFERENCE
The National Union of Career Executive Service Officers, Inc. will hold the 21 st Annual NUSECO Conference from 19 to 21 October 2022 at the Masbate Coliseum, Masbate City, with the theme, " Transformational Leadership: Redefining the Role of Career Executive Service Officers as Agents of Change ." In this regard, all Career Executive Service (CES) Officers, CES eligibles, Career Executive Service eligibles, and other third level officials, are encouraged to participate, and those interested may attend on official time, provided that they are issued the pertinent clearances or authorities by their respective heads of office, consistent with Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 43 (s. 1993) and National Budget Circular No. 563 (s. 2016), and their participation in the said Conference will not adversely affect the operations of their offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public. This Circular shall take effect immediately. DONE , in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 6 th day of October in the Year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-Two.
