SECTION 1. All national government agencies shall start the process of payment of one-half of the Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift to their employees on 01 May 2011 to enable them to receive these benefits as early as possible.

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 14 DIRECTING THE PAYMENT STARTING 01 MAY 2011 OF ONE-HALF OF THE YEAR-END BONUS AND CASH GIFT TO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

SECTION 2. Government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), government financial institutions (GFIs) and local government units (LGUs) shall likewise endeavor to pay the one-half of the Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift to their employees during the early part of May 2011.
SECTION 3
SECTION 3. The payment of this benefit shall be in accordance with the guidelines prescribed under DBM Budget Circular No. 2010-1 dated 28 April 2010.
