Presidential Decree No. 1651
AMENDING FURTHER SECTIONS 2 AND 3 OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1271, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT NULLIFYING DECREES OF REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATES OF TITLE COVERING LANDS WITHIN THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE RESERVATION ISSUED IN CIVIL RESERVATION CASE NO. 1 G.L.R.O. RECORD NO. 211 PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 931, AS AMENDED, BUT CONSIDERING AS VALID CERTAIN TITLES OF SUCH LANDS THAT ARE ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" BY GRANTING ANOTHER PERIOD TO FILE MANIFEST
Section 1. Section 3 and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 1271, as amended, are hereby further amended by granting an additional period of six (6) months from the effectivity of this Decree to landowners within which to file their manifestation of intention to validate titles to lands in the Baguio Townsite Reservation.
Section 2. All laws, decrees, orders, letters of instructions, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
Section 3. This Decree shall take effect immediately.
