DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, on 18 June 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Davao del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carmen be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Davao del Norte. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
