DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS , Wednesday, December 1, 2010, marks the 439th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta & the celebration of its own fiesta; WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 1, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal. IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
