Proclamation No. 2022a
PROCLAMATION NO. 2022a DECLARING A STATE OF CALAMITY IN MINDANAO
SECTION 1. The Department of Energy is hereby directed and authorized to take necessary measures to address and resolve this crisis expeditiously. All departments and government agencies concerned are directed to implement and execute appropriate programs in accordance with the existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with the occurrence of this calamity.
SEC 2. All proclamations, executive orders, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Proclamation are hereby revoked, amended, or modified accordingly.
SEC 3. This Proclamation shall take effect immediately. DONE in the City of Manila, this 12th day of March in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten. President of the Philippines (Sgd.)
