DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS
WHEREAS , Monday, December 8, 2003, marks the 400th Anniversary of Our Lady of Caysasay, the patroness of the Municipality of Taal; and WHEREAS , it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare , December 8, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas. IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
