PROCLAMATION NO. 727 DECLARING NOVEMBER 30, 2004, TUESDAY, AS A WORKING DAY, AND AUTHORIZING NOVEMBER 29, 2004, MONDAY, AS A NON-WORKING HOLIDAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY
SECTION 1. November 30, 2004, Tuesday, shall be a working day, while November 29, 2004, Monday, shall be a non-working holiday throughout the country. All activities and celebrations in observance of "Bonifacio Day" shall remain to be observed on November 30, 2004, Tuesday.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Labor and Employment shall issue the appropriate circular to implement the proclamation for the private sector.
SECTION 3. This Proclamation shall take effect immediately. DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Four. By order of the President: (Sgd.)
