SECTION 1. November 30, 2004, Tuesday, shall be a working day, while November 29, 2004, Monday, shall be a non-working holiday throughout the country. All activities and celebrations in observance of "Bonifacio Day" shall remain to be observed on November 30, 2004, Tuesday.
