DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY
WHEREAS , Thursday, December 2, 2004, marks the 141st Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City; WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO , do hereby declare Thursday, December 2, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City. IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
