DECLARING FRIDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL {NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M'LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, on 07 December 2018, Friday, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of the Kawayanan Festival; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang, be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 07 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
