DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, Friday, September 23, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 23, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, to be known as "Pueblo Day" IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
