DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT QUIRINO, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT
WHEREAS, Thursday, November 17, 2005, marks the 32nd Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of President Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of President Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, November 17, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of President Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
