DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO
WHEREAS , on 16 August 2019, Friday, the City of Tuguegarao will mark the celebration of the Afi Festival; and WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Friday, 16 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao. IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
